Just Popping In To Say Hey
It’s been several days since I posted here. I’ve got my plate kind of full right at this moment. I’m getting ready to go out of town to NAMS (Niche Affiliate Marketing Systems) and will be gone for about 6 days I think, 5 maybe. Either way it’s goodbye Norhtern Michigan hello Atlanta, Georgia
I’m just a tad excited! Oh yeah so as I said I’ve got my plate kind of full at the moment – trying to get VA work done ahead of time so I can make sure the projects due for that week are done. Yada Yada Yada…
Then there’s my new blog No More Plus Size that I’ve been working on. I’ve been pretty focused on writing posts over there to have content posted everyday because I’m working on following other people on weight loss journeys and I want to make sure to have fresh content if they head over to check out that blog.
And then there’s my new addiction – the Wii Fit Plus! It’s been a long time since I’ve found something video game related that I got addicted to. The last thing was Guitar Hero! But I’m totally not complaining about my addiction to the Wii Fit Plus considering I’m working my booty off…literally! Sunday I racked up 1 hour and 3 minutes on it burning a total of 463 calories! For a ‘video game’ that’s pretty dang impressive if you ask me
Do you have a Wii?
It seriously has to be the COOOOOOOLEST thing evah! This thing keeps track of my weight, BMI, the days I workout, etc! Impressive I say!
So anyways I just wanted to pop in and say I’m still alive cause I know ya’ll were wondering

I think that the key to sticking with exercise is finding something that you really enjoy – no matter what that is.

We so love our Wii. I do the EASports Active. I have moved onto the More Part 2 workouts now that just came out about two months ago. LOVE IT. It doesn’t even feel like exercise because its so much fun.
Good job Tishia!

I got the Wii Fit for my birthday. At first, I was like, I paid all this money for it to make fun of me when I get on the balance board? But now? I’m knocking kids out of the way to get time on it. And that’s the only problem… EVERYONE loves it. EVERYONE loves that they can work out on it so there’s no time for me to do it.
Last Tuesday I came home and Thing 1 was doing laps around the living room with the free run, but I have to tell you, my favorites (in this order) are the rhythm Parade, Kung Fu something or other, and the step. oh i like the rhythm boxing too!
so glad that you’re enjoying it.

Momma Sunshine – You are absolutely correct about sticking to exercise if you like it! I actually look FORWARD to getting on my Wii! This fatty fatty has NEVER really looked forward to exercise before! lol
Jen – Someone else was telling me about the EA Sports. I’ll skip on that right now as I’m still really out of shape. I heard the EA Sports is a heck of a lot more of a workout than the Wii Fit Plus. But for now I’m satisfied that I’m just doing SOMETHING
Heather – LOL I have to fight with my kiddo so I can play it. But at least there’s only 2 of us that have to fight over it! I love the step aerobics one and the rhythm parade.
