Weight Watchers Week Five Weigh In
I’ve been a little discouraged with the last two weigh ins so honestly I wasn’t looking forward to this mornings either. Last week I only lost 1.2 pounds and the week before it was 1.6 pounds. Yes I know it’s normal (and healthy) to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week but it is still frustrating! So anyways last week’s weight loss put me at 18.2 pounds lost total.
This morning the scale was my friend
I lost 3.6 pounds last week! So I’ve now reached and even went a little past the 20 pound mark! My total weight loss now is 21.8 pounds! That makes me a happy camper!

Congratulations Tishia! Ya know they say that if you take it off slowly, it stays off. I’ve done so many fad diets and I think that is true. You’re doing it the right way and getting great results!

I have been gaining over the past month or so but I’m getting back into the swing and hope for a loss this week BUT I’m not sweating it. Inch loss to me is more important. Another three weeks until I check in on the inches.
Are you exercising? What are your workouts like? I want to hear all about it.

Queen of the Click – I’m with you on doing so many fad diets. You name it I’ve probably tried it! I know I’m doing it the right way & Weight Watchers is a wonderful program I just HATE how slow the weight comes off! lol

Angie – I need to check my measurements. I know that I’ve had to lost some. My clothes fit so differently now. I’m still only walking. I just can’t do anything else until I lose more weight. I’m so out of shape it’s not funny!

Be encouraged. Wouldn’t it be nice to lose weight like the folks on The Biggest Loser, you know, like 50 pounds a week??? (WHERE’S JILLIAN WHEN YOU NEED HER?)

Lisa – Thanks for your encouragement. I’m pretty sure I’d never survive through a Biggest Loser workout with Jillian or Bob! They work those people out for hours every day…I’d pass out or puke. LOL
