I was recently contacted in regards to reviewing a music CD -- Jonny Diaz -- (Christian music which I love) and it came at a time that I had just been searching iTunes for some new music. I’m happy to say that I get to giveaway five (5) CD’s as well!

Review: Jonny Diaz’s newest CD More Beautiful You

The first word that popped into my mind as I was listening was wow. Not only was his voice amazing but the lyrics to the songs touched my heart in ways I can’t even express. Especially the song More Beautiful You.

I usually have a hard time getting into new music -- I like listening to things that I am familiar with and at least know a few words to the songs. But there was something about this CD that drew me in. There isn’t one song on the CD that I don’t like!

There’s just something about the soothing, upbeat, soft way of Jonny Diaz’s voice and the encouraging words he sings that kept (and still keeps) me engrossed. I found myself with goosebumps and tears during a few of the songs and even found myself sighing when the CD ended. The first day alone I listened to the CD 3 times and every day since I’ve listened to it at least once if not more.

All I can say is I give his new CD two thumbs up! If you love Christian music (even if you don’t I think you would enjoy his music) Jonny Diaz is worth checking out. And don’t forget that five (5) readers have a chance to win a copy of his More Beautiful You CD.
