What an amazing day. I’m sure this day will be talked about for a long time to come. If I were a fly on a wall I’d love to have spent the last few days ‘wall sitting’ wherever Barack was. Can you imagine what he must be feeling? I can’t even begin to imagine what he, or any president elect for that matter, must be feeling.

I couldn’t fathom having the weight of the world on my shoulders and basically the President is taking on the weight of the world! I have a hard enough time dealing with my normal day to day stresses. Our Presidents definitely have to be strong willed people that don’t buckle under pressure.

I’m not sure what my feelings are about all this. There’s always some form of excitement as well as aprehension as to the new President taking office. Because I haven’t ever really followed politics (or voted until this year!) this stuff has never really intrigued me. I’m still not all into Politics and stuff but I’m intrigued with the fact that history is certainly being made today.
