Week #4 Weigh In

diet.jpgAgain I was a bit disappointed with the low number on the scale (3 more pounds) but I knew it would start slowing down eventually. And my grand total is up to 18 pounds lost now. I did take measurements today because it’s been one month since I started and I knew that I’ve lost quit a few inches.

So I lost 1/2 inch from my arms, 2 inches from my chest (YES YES YES!!!!! LOL), 3.75 inches from my stomach, 1 inch in my hips and 1 1/2 inches from my thighs. Which is a grand total of 8.75 inches lost. Not too shabby after a month if I might say so ;-)
I’m glad I did measurements today because that totally made me excited and helped me to kind of forget the low number on the scale. So I guess overall I’m really happy with my results after only one month :-)

    That is awesome! Do remember that inches count as much as, if not more than, pounds. Sometimes the pounds stick around but it’s because you are converting fat to muscle! It’s the inches that count. I am so proud of you! Woo hoo!!!
