Ok now that was a big ordeal! A big mess to be exact! Last night I was attempting to upgrade the blog but it was like Foreign language to me so someone suggested that I check out the automatic upgrade plug in. I did and the outcome was not good! I lost my blog completely which sent me into a tirade of not so nice language and lots and lots of tears. I actually don’t blame the tears on losing my blog, that was just the straw that broke the camels back. The emotional break down was coming, it had been building up all day since I got the dreaded phone call that my man had been hurt. But anyways. I actually took that as a sign to shut the computer off, walk away from it and not come back until today.

I did email Scott from MomWebs Hosting before going to bed to let him know what had happened and then I didn’t think about the silly blog again until today. Thankfully when I got online Scott had restored it and I was back in action Scott’s customer service is quick and he just ROCKS! He’s fixed mess ups of mine on more than one occasion!

So anyways I was happy to have my ‘baby’ back but I was still not upgraded to 2.5 which left me feeling frustrated. Then Tsoniki came along and offered to walk me through the manual upgrade. Once it was completed I was like oh that was not too painful! It was actually really simple but I tell ya what, when I was reading the WordPress instructions for the manual upgrade, it sounded like a bunch of mumbo jumbo Foreign language type crap to me!

Ok so now my complaints about 2.5?

1. Why on earth are the categories BELOW my posting area? It’s a heck of a lot harder to remember to choose a category with them being way down there.

That’s really my biggest complaint…LOL
