New Year New Me…Wedding in the Near Future?

As with every New Year I always make a resolution to do some work on me.  And this year is no different…LOL.  It gets kind of boring making the same resolution/goal every year (lose weight, get healthy, blah blah blah) but I’m bound and determined that ONE of these years I’ll stick to the goal!

I’m hoping this is the year I decide to make myself committed to getting healthy & losing weight seems how 2008 is the year I’m getting married ;-)   Yup that’s right!  Of course I don’t know who the lucky fella is (and I’m sure he doesn’t know I’m the one he’s marrying either) but the joke is (it’s an inside joke with the family & a group of my friends & it would take a long time to explain it so you’ll just be left wondering) that now that I’ll be 33 this year it’s my year to marry.  So get ready to party because sometime this year I’ll be marrying & having an awesome ceremony :-)

Now wouldn’t that just be totally CRAZY if this really truly did end up being the year?  Obviously I know it’s not possible that I could marry in 2008 considering it’s already January but I’m just saying hypothetically – wouldn’t that just be a hoot if for some odd reason it really happened?

Hey I’m allowed to dream right? LOL!

You can and should most definitely dream! And you never know LOL Kev and I got married after just 3 months of dating long distance and we just celebrated 11 AWESOME years on New Year’s Eve so anything is possible.

I married the Year I said I was going to get married. Just make sure you include me in the wedding plans. We paid for our whole wedding and I learned how to plan a wedding on a budget.

I suppose if I were asked to marry someone this year that I WOULD make a wedding come out of how ever long I had to plan it whether it be 3 months, 3 weeks, 3 days – whatever ;-)

At this point in my life I’d probably say heck let’s just run to the justice of the peace and do it (not really but it sounds good).
