In the past I’ve always met the ending of a year with a little ’sadness’.  Not this year.  I’m welcoming tonight being the end of 2008 and looking forward to the beginning of 2009!  I’m thinking of tonight as ‘out with the old, in with the new’.  I’m leaving the past exactly where it needs to be left – in the past – and moving on to bigger and better things in my life.  A new and improved me is going to emerge in 2009 and I can’t wait

I have several business goals and this year I intend on making them happen.  As well as personal goals.

I say goals because for me resolutions don’t work – never have, never will.  I think resolutions vs goals is a personal preference because some people have no problem setting a resolution and sticking with it until the end result is found.  Me on the other hand a resolution is nothing more than just ‘flapping my jaws’ and never following through.  With goals I can break them down into actions and they just seem more tangible to me.

So anyways….Happy New Year and if you are out and about tonight – be careful and stay safe!
