Caleb and I had an awesome night tonight!  We spent a few hours playing games and watching some TV.  We even had a tickle fest, something I haven’t done with him in ages!  It was so great tickling him and just watching his face light up with laughter.  And to see the twinkle in his eyes while playing UNO just reminded me why I wanted to work at home in the first place. 

It’s funny how so many times my work consumes my life and my time with Caleb, totally opposite of what I wanted when I came home to work and I don’t realize it until we have a fun night.  Tonight just reminded me that I’ve got to get my priorities back in line and start spending a few hours of time devoted to just him every night!

Tucking him into bed tonight was priceless.  The smile on his face, that big long bear hug and the “mom you’re the best and I love you so much” is something that I want more of!
